A MESSAGE FROM THE HEADTEACHER

Written by: Taaka Beatrice

To our Parents/Guardians, With great privilege and honour, I warmly welcome you to a new year of new innovations at Pearl of Africa International Primary School. Thank you for the choice you have made to have your child/children join our learning community. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Taaka Beatrice, and I will be taking over the role of head teacher at Pearl of Africa as of this term. I come with over 15 years of experience in primary education, 12 of which were spent as a head teacher.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the management of Pearl of Africa for the great vision to start this school in order to boost education to the children of this nation. Furthermore, I would also like to recognize the exemplary leadership of former head teacher Mr. SSenabulya Francis as well as the efforts of his staff for the tremendous services offered to the school during his term of service. Mr. Francis has been integral in helping me understand the culture of the school and ensuring a smooth transition into this new role.

Together with Pearl of Africa International Primary school management, I promise to continue producing outstanding results with my working team. We will continue to offer quality education based on the National Abridged Curriculum for Uganda and monitor the progress of all learners. In addition, I hope to work hard and ensure that our school’s values and educational achievements reach their apex by maintaining a holistic learning environment.

A successful learning experience for our learners also requires a successful working relationship with our parents. I look forward to getting to know each and every one of the families in our school’s community. I kindly request that parents continue to extend their support to the students, both inside and outside of school, in order to maintain the highest academic standards towards a more successful future. Best of luck in the coming academic year!
